Shipping

We aim to process and send your order within 1-5 working days.
We ship worldwide using Posti and GLS.

We offer the following flat rate shipping services:

Finland: 6,90€ - Posti standard delivery
Europe: 15€ - GLS Tracked Courier Service
Rest of the World: Starting at 25€ - Posti standard delivery / GLS

Domestic orders via Posti normally take 1-3 working days.
GLS Tracked Courier Service to Europe take 2-10 working days.
Rest of the World 7-15 working days.

Please note that if the shipment is not picked up in time, resulting in the shipment being sent back to us, the shipping costs of the return will be charged from the addressee.

Pickups and reservations

You can also choose to pickup your order from our Helsinki store in Pursimiehenkatu 1, 00120 Helsinki. You will get s notification in your email when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup orders are eligible for returns within two weeks after the “ready for pickup” notification.

Unfortunately we are not able to reserve online store items.

International customs and quarantine

Vintage Magasinet does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges, sales tax or any quarantine checks which may be in place in certain countries. Please check with your local customs authority before committing to purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of secondhand and vintage clothing, some items may contain minor flaws and show signs of wear. Any major flaws will be highlighted in the product description. Please remember when buying vintage you are purchasing an item that is often 20+ years old. If you ever have questions about color, sizing or fit regarding any of our items we are more than happy to assist you.

We offer refunds for all online purchases (excluding gift cards). You can return items to our store or via mail. Please contact us within 7 days from receiving the item to request a refund. The order must be sent within 14 days after receiving instructions for the return. Note that the original tag can’t be removed from the item if you wish to return. Customer will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to us safely. Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund you the original amount minus the initial shipping costs.
